2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation by our team. We may contact you to verify your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details before shipping.

3. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, payment must be made according to the total amount confirmed at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Replacement Policy

If there is any genuine problem with the product, the customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If the problem is verified, we will replace the product. The replacement product will be sent within 10 days after the returned product is received and verified.

No replacement or change will be provided for reasons other than a genuine product-related problem.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery details. HamdanKiz.com is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
